The Chase
And how Death wins the race every time.
Death chases in sunlight and rain through ice and snow beneath clouds and moon between red and blue stars that hang on fraying silver strands of light, crouching behind trees and buildings and sad songs it waits and waits the predator of predators silent ready death enters the world unnoticed then leaves satiated.

I would say that death forever lurks, utterly satiated, upon the earth.
Poem might symbolize any unavoidable force—war, illness, entropy—using death as a stand‑in to explore fear, loss, and acceptance.
